T.L.C. (Total Landscape Care) is a landscape service Scherz provides to ensure a newly installed landscape will receive the care needed for it to flourish. It is a customized maintenance package offered to clients, residential or commercial, for whom Scherz has installed a landscape. The services provided are: weeding, trimming and fertilizing, as well as flower re-planting with the change of the seasons. Also included is a pro-active monitoring of the landscape with prevention and early intervention of problems in mind. Visits can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on the client's needs and budget. The benefits of a customized maintenance package include: having a neat, manicured landscape, discounted plant material, timely changing of color in flowerbeds, proper application and timing of fertilizers/weed control, personalized service from a crew familiar with the landscaper's needs, and an adherence to a pre-agreed upon budget.
